Shipping Policy
We aim to post your items within 2-4 business days of your purchase, during busy/holiday periods this could increase to 5-7 days. You will be contacted if there are any major delays. Please allow this time for your order to be packed and shipped.
Custom orders may take longer.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Ember & Stone we do our best to make our customers happy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch and we will do our very best to solve any issues.
Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind as each item is handmade and limited.
If your order arrives broken or damaged, kindly contact us day of delivery and we will be happy to rectify the issue with a refund, replacement or with a credit.
